Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working directly with our customers for the purpose of providing an outstanding experience by providing fast, friendly and accurate service. The Customer Service Representative works with and in support of the management team to ensure completion of store level tasks including food preparation, cash register duties, general cleaning and stocking and other functions. 


  1. Greet all Customers and ensure an enjoyable experience in our store. Respond to all customer requests in a timely manner. Use the GUEST customer service model when interacting with customers.

  2. Follow all store safety, security, quality and store policies, procedures and practices.

  3. Prepare quality food products and follow all policies, procedures and practices relating to our food program.

  4. Operate the register pursuant to company standards including ringing proper register transactions, maintaining proper cash levels and balancing your drawer.

  5. Ensure a great Guest experience by providing fast, friendly service and accurate information.

  6. Ensure a great Guest experience by maintain a clean location including dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash and any other assigned duties.

  7. Ensure a great Guest experience by restocking products and keeping perishable items such as coffee fresh and stocked at all times.

  8. Communicate with Management regarding any customer requests, concerns or issues that may arise during your shift.

  9. Complete other tasks as assigned by store management.

  10. Follow all company policies, procedures and practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Must be 19 years old or older.

  2. Must have weekend availability.

  3. If hired for 3rd shift you must be available from 10 pm to 6am including weekends.

  4. Must have reliable transportation.

  5. Must be able to work Holidays as we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
